A flagship event for St Catherine's Hospice will return in 2016. Promising to be bigger, and better than ever!
ST CATHERINES HOSPICE
Throughout its history St Catherine’s Hospice has constantly innovated and adapted – always keeping our patients and their needs at the heart of what we do.
Fundamentally our purpose remains the same - to help people enjoy quality of life and have dignity in death, through care and support delivered at the hospice, in people's homes and in the community. Whilst many of our patients have cancer, we also support people with other conditions such as heart failure, motor neurone disease and Parkinson's disease.
Our specialised services - delivered by doctors, nurses, therapists and support workers – go much further than treating physical symptoms. We also look after the emotional, psychological, spiritual and practical needs of our patients and their loved ones, providing care which is tailored to each person’s individual needs and respects their independence, privacy and dignity. In short, we are here for people when it matters most.
Symphony at the Tower has been running at Hoghton Tower for 21 years. Since 2013 a new partnership with promoters Cuffe & Taylor has seen the event run over 2 nights. This year now running over 3 nights, featuring Pop Sensation turned Global Superstar Will Young on Friday 1st, The Symphony Spectacular, a classical concert with Fireworks and Family Fun on Sunday 3rd and a soon to be announced incredible Saturday 2nd act.
Take a look back through some of the incredible weekends Symphony at the Tower has previously had!
